Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy lasts 48 hours. On all product orders, Kouks Kitchen requires 48 hours advance notice for any modifications, adjustments and cancellations. Should you wish to modify or cancel your order, please email us at info@koukskitchen.co.za.

Exchange/Refund Policy
Our exchange/refund policy lasts 24 hours. Once 24 hours have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund. Please timeously email info@koukskitchen.co.za with any concerns you may have regarding your order.

It is within Kouks Kitchen’s discretion whether we will exchange or refund the item for you, depending on each customer's complaint and our ability to rectify it.
